Our Story

Buy with Confidence

Software Bank was founded with one clear purpose: to make genuine, licensed software and hardware accessible to everyone in the UK at fair prices. We understand how confusing the software market can be — full of grey-market keys, unreliable sellers, and overpriced retail.

Our tagline says it all: "Buy @ Be Confident." Every product we sell is 100% genuine, fully licensed, and sourced directly from official publishers and authorised distribution channels.

We are a trusted UK supplier of genuine software and hardware — from antivirus and Microsoft licences to laptops from Lenovo, HP and Dell, and printers from Epson, Brother and Canon — so customers can get everything they need from one authorised retailer.

✅

100% Genuine Products

Every licence key and piece of hardware is sourced directly from official publishers and authorised distributors. No grey market, no risk.

Expert Personal Support

Our team goes above and beyond. Customers consistently praise our hands-on support — we'll even remote in to help you activate your software if needed.

Why it feels good to buy here

More than a licence key

Your software lands in your inbox, so there is nothing to post. In the last 12 months that saved over 7,850 postage deliveries — less packaging, less paper and fewer van trips. We also support orphaned children, and education for children in need.

Last 12 months 7,850+

Postage deliveries not sent

Electronic licences instead of a box in the post. That figure is for the last 12 months only.

Orphaned children

We support children growing up without parents, so more of them have care and a fair start.

Education for children in need

We support school and learning for children who would otherwise miss out.
